Our return policy is as follows:

Time Frame: Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. you will need to return too

- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached. If an item is incorrectly sent or damaged on arrival we will bare return costs , returns for change of mind or sizing related issues return costs are the customers responsibility

If an order is sent to you damaged we will bare the return shipping costs , if you are returning because of change of mind or incorrect size ordered the customer is responsible for return cost .
Restocking fee : Due to previous abuse of the refund policy orders over the value of $150 USD will be subject to a 20% restocking fee of the total order value this is non negotiable .
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund please allow 5-7 Business days

- Exchanges: We can exchange items if they are defective , damaged or you need a different size providing we have it in stock the item must be returned within 14 days of delivery

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Exceptions: Customised ( printed ) items and discounted / final sale items fall under final sale terms are not be eligible for return however we may be able to offer an exchange if we have the required item / size in stock .
