This England Kit from the 1980 to 1983 era is one of the rarest shirts you can find. Worn in Euro 80 and the 1982 World Cup, it encapsulates a resurgent time for English football. This shirt marks the end of the international career for the English legend, Kevin Keegan. So many other legendary players associated with the strip include Laurie Cunningham, Paul Mariner, Glenn Hoddle, Tony Woodcock, and the one and only, Bryan Robson.
This ultra rare shirt has many variations from the time period. For parts of the 1980 Euros, the Admiral logos were removed from the shirts and shorts for the duration of the 1980 Euros. For some of the games at the 1982 World Cup in Spain, England wore white numbers on the shorts in a different font to that on the back of the shirt. The shirt we have is the fan version of what was provided in the early 1980s!
