The item didn’t arrive in the time it was stated when ordered and this was the main reason I wanted to use this website over others. When I contacted you directly you were useless as the tracking information didn’t tell us any actual information other than the carrier was due to expect an item. Terrible experience

Unfortunatley the week before christmas is not a normal time of the year for deliveries . Carriers stop guaranteeing christmas delivery in the middle of Dec this was also a personalised kit so we would have required an extra day or two to get it out. once we get into the last few days before 25th everything grinds to a halt so i apologies for the delay but we did everything we could to get it there in time.
